when you give your bike the gas your clutch is going to slip excessively, new or used, the lockout will eliminate this slipping and in the process transfer more of the engines horsepower to the rear wheels instead of it being lost through a slipping clutch. The lockout can also extend the life of your clutch 2 to 3 times and remove the need to use stiff springs.The lockout has six weighted fingers surrounding its perimeter that apply progressively more force to the pressure plate as the RPM’s of the engine increase,it is this force on the pressure plate that will eliminate your clutch from slipping.

You will not experience any adverse side effects from using a lockout.
Your transmission shifting will operate just like stock.
You can use an override transmission or stock transmission.
Your clutch pull will not get any stiffer than stock.

Lockout Available for The Yamaha Banshee, YFZ450, SuzukiLTR 450, Raptor 700, Raptor 660, Honda Trx450, Honda 250R-NOTE- WE NO LONGER MACHINE 250R COVERS NOR THE SHAFTS. THE 250R LOCKOUT IS ONLY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REPLACE YOUR EXISTING LOCKOUT.

Pro Series Lockouts are now engineered with two

pivot pin lock down bolts to improve reliability.
Pivot pin lock down bolts are now placed as close
to the center ID for less rotating mass. New
lightweight (but just as strong) billet lockout
body.

When you give your bike the gas, your clutch, new
or used, can slip excessively. The lockout
will eliminate this slipping and in the process
transfer all of the engines horsepower to the rear
wheels instead of it being lost through a slipping
clutch. The lockout will also extend the life of
your clutch two to five times longer. The use of
the lockout will also allow you to use lighter
clutch springs instead of you trying to break your
hand pulling in your clutch with stiff springs.
